UNTITLED: PLANTATION;
Is a controversial period piece set in the mid-19th century, on a plantation, in an undisclosed location in North America. It is the tale of two servants trying to escape the grips of their abusive and devious owner, and the ripening bond that develops on their journey.
With an array of talented actors and crew from the Toronto area, production was held in rural Belleville. Contributions from H&B Props and Weaponry of Toronto, Black Creek Pioneer village of Toronto, and Pringle Farms of Arden assisted with the authenticity of the ambitious production.
Post-production will tentatively be complete by late September, with immediate submissions to all Film Festivals internationally, and in-country.
Updated information and the film's status will be noted in the near future!
